Huge congratulations to Max and Fran on your wedding! And thank you for letting us bring our Pod photo booth and backdrop to document the celebrations! This all took place in a marquee in the grounds of Albury, near Shere. Unfortunately we didn’t get much time to look around the village. Our Pod booth is comparable to our Mirror booth. It comes along with a backdrop so that we can provide one back image throughout the evening. Some photo booth hire companies still prefer to use the party as a backdrop. To be fair, we were in the marquee and could have used the canvas as the backdrop.
Max and Fran approached us back in September 2018 as they knew that this would be a very popular date. Additionally some photo booth companies do not hire out for New Years’ Eve parties. Which is is quite understandable - New Years’ Eve parties tend to be riotous affairs! We don’t always accept New Years’ Eve parties ourselves, and insist that the hire period finishes at 23.30. In this case that was a good call! The fireworks started bang on midnight so we had about 15 minutes to clear up. We should also say that our Pod photo booth is the easiest to put up and take down - a definite bonus on New Years Eve!
The other suppliers
The marquee hire was from Academy Marquees. This was a really impressive marquee in the shape of a T. To say the interior was stunning would be an understatement! They modelled the marquee around the features in the garden.
The photographers were David O Photography who stayed on until after the fire works. You should definitely check them out - really kind and unobtrusive.
The band were Smith and Sons who the bride and groom heard at a previous wedding. They play a Mumford and Sons, Electric and Acoustic set. They are represented by Tailored Entertainment.
Did you know that we offer a complete photo layout design service as standard?
