The AFHC Dinner Dance is an event we’ve been lucky enough to do every year - and great fun it is too! The Aldershot and Farnham Hockey Club always choose Oak Park Golf Club and it’s really not surprising.  There are excellent facilities, it’s close to Hook, Farnham and Aldershot and great staff.

So, this was for the AFHC annual Dinner Dance 2014 (Aldershot and Farnham Hockey Club). One of the great things to being based in Bournemouth is that there are excellent transport links.  This means that getting to Oak Park Golf Club never represents a problem. We allow our Booth Butlers at least 1 hour to build the booth and set out the props etc.  However we have butlers who prefer longer - and there can be access issues to consider.  Naturally there are situations where we have less that the ideal time to set up.  On the other hand we are also sometimes asked to set up 2 or 3 hours before the start of the hire.  We will always strive to arrive earlier than absolutely necessary just to be on the safe side.  Our booth butlers don’t believe in rushing.

The evening was great fun; the speeches amusing, the photos hilarious, the bar well-used (our booth butlers don’t drink on the job as much because they are driving away that evening) and the evening ended with lots of happy punters!

And why would they ask us back again and again? It’s down to the quality of the photos and our pre- and post event service. We have loads of experience providing photo booth hire in Aldershot and the surrounding areas and we will not compromise on the quality of what we do - why hire a photo booth company who don’t answer their phones or who take poor quality photos?

We can also provide you with a Green screen option, key rings …. we’re open to suggestions and ideas and will work with you to get the result you want.

The booth butler is there so that he or she can guide and advise your guests on how to get the best photos under the circumstances. We take great pride in the quality of the results which is why we make them publicly available (on our Facebook page and under the gallery part of our web site) and do not hide them behind a secure password. If you do not want us to publish the photos on social media then please advise us when booking.

All our equipment is PAT tested (Portable Appliance Testing) - most venues will only deal with companies that have PAT certificates

We are covered by a £10m Public Liability Policy - again, most venues require this of any sub-contractors

Our photo gallery - both on Facebook and our own gallery pages - are public (UNLESS you ask us not to) - we don’t hide behind passwords because we are proud of the quality of what we do so we won’t hide our work.

Our photo booths are the bee knees! They are NOT a photographers studio, nor are they a backdrop with a portable camera. They ARE sturdy, capable of fitting 5 people, fitted out with top quality photographers’ equipment (a Bowens Flash, top end Cannon camera, top end Dye Sub Printer (so your prints are pretty much instant and dry) … we haven’t skimped to provide you with a quality photo booth.
